I cook in a kitchen that’s roughly the size of a coat closet, but I pack every dish with bold flavors, real ingredients, and a whole lotta personality. Whether you're in a fancy home kitchen or a camper like me, I'm here to prove that you don’t need a gourmet setup to make something mouthwatering.

My Wild Skillet is a cooking show made for the real ones—people who love comforting, crave-worthy recipes but don’t want to spend all day in the kitchen. You’ll find:

• Sourdough discard recipes (because I refuse to waste good starter!)

I believe in cooking with joy, even when the burners are moody and the counter space is laughable. I film out of my tiny RV kitchen, but this show is for everyone—from tiny home chefs to big kitchen dreamers.

Why I started this show

I've always loved to cook, especially for the people I love. Sharing food is my love language. After traveling full-time with my family in an RV and learning to get creative in tight spaces, I realized something big:

If I can whip up delicious meals with limited space and tools, so can you.

So I grabbed my skillet, my sass, and hit record.
